Wordsearch Creator

The Wordsearch Creator was an early C# program I wrote at the beginning of 2008. The application is pretty much complete but it was never released. My aim was mainly to practise using C# and to know how I would generate word searches.

The application is designed in a tab wizard style. You start by typing in the words you want to appear in the letter grid and then you go to the next tab where you set various options. These options allow you to set the case of the letters, whether they have accents and what directions the words should be placed (e.g. Horizontally, Vertically Diagonally, Backwards etc.)
