RCT2 Tools is an unfinished application I wrote in CSharp in the summer of 2008. The program loads Rollercoaster Tycoon 2 saved games or scenarios and acts an editor allowing you to see and change the values of all the rides, park information, finances, scenario objective etc. Only part of these features were implemented before the program was abandoned.
