Number Pronouncer

Number Pronouncer is a small application written in C# in mid 2009. The program can concatenate wave files to produce and play a wave file of the saying of a number between minus trillion to positive trillion. It was intended for TTQ but was never implemented after it was written.
The application keeps template raw wave files in it's working directory. It then goes through each digit and adds the correct template wave file onto the beginning as well as the unit modifier too (e.g. hundred, thousand).
